Stained Colourful

Today I sat and sewed in my free time. It was therapeutic. I was making something for  myself, in my quiet daytime world and it felt good. I worked on my Stained Pink Colourful QAL quilt. I am halfway there in piecing the blocks. This is going way faster than I thought it would.

Happily the badminton net has been back in use the past few weeks and therefore I have somewhere to hang blocks from again in the great outdoors, weather permitting. The wind was a little annoying but I persevered.

If anyone notices a repeat of fabric in here, don't tell me. I think I kept myself organised enough yesterday to make sure that didn't happen. I like the idea that there are 144 different prints going into this quilt top.

And I have nothing else to report. Not. A. Thing. I'm out of words today. Unusual, I know, but it does happen occasionally.

I love them! It's going to be such a lovely, joyful quilt, with instant "cheer up" built in ;) I feel good just looking at the blocks.
And when I look at the photos I can almost see the blocks blowing in the wind. (I mean the illusion is so great a few times when I glanced at them I was sure they must have moved)
