Made it to the Finish Line

With an incredible amount of self control, I stayed awake today. Therefore I would like to show you some fab photos of the Siblings quilt completed. But I can't. Because the 'drought' continues. Tipping it down yet again.


So poor Purple Power is sat by the window languishing, because it wants to go out and play. Me, on the other hand, am making up for yesterday. The drudgery awaits. Woohoo!

    It is pointless to clean during a "drought". At my house the boys and dogs bring in excessive amounts of dust(?) - really wet dust - and my efforts are pointless. Maybe if I counted it as arobic extercise it would be more productive.

    my you are a quick worker! have you done all that binding already? lovely x I could go to sleep right now but have Emma's wee friend I look after on a Thursday while her mum is at college - for nothing I add! She is a funny wee thing but v demanding :(

    Well, I have no rain but just cold and damp and grey so I am off now to ride the little tractor and play at being a small farm farmer (well, I am going to cut the grass). Enjoy your drudgery and I hope we get to see that lovely purple quilt tomorrow.

    You aren't going to clean are you? What a waste of a day! Its just going to get dirty again.

    I think you should be sitting curled up on the couch reading a book. That's what rainy days are for.

    Sunshine here so after doing all the household drudgery I went outside to play. So no sewing here either.
