Best friends don't stop the postman from coming. Woohoo! Today I got my emergency order of perle I required for stitching my solids quilt. There were two colours that I didn't have. Somehow, inadvertently I managed to order several other colours while I was online. How
does that happen?!
|
I doubled up on my favourite lime and turquoise. |
I also got my last purchase of HR from Etsy. I ordered this a while ago but it took the long postal route here, not the seller delaying posting. But it is here and I love it.

The seller added in some fussy cuts of the kittens in flannel.
Sweet! |
There are a lot more of these elephants than can be seen in the photo. It is a front pannel from a cari leg of a pair of Munki Munki pyjamas. It is a very light weight cotton that almost feels like voile. If anyone wants to trade two rows of elephants (approximately 11"x6") for a small piece of Heather Ross that I don't have yet, please let me know.
