Join the Revolution

The sun is shining today. This is good. We needed it. I needed it. You may have got the impression that this has not been a good week. If you did, then you were right. But it is Friday and the weekend awaits.

So, only fitting to end the week on a more positive note today with my making. Though, that being said, I thought yesterday's hoop was hysterically funny. Sorry if you thought it was a bit grim.

Today I officially joined the Zakka Revolution.

A tiny bit of Heather Ross.

And a splash of hot pink.

I'm rather pleased with this.
And it is as simple to make as everyone said.

If you have left a comment in the past seven days and I have not replied, just give up hope. Today is a fresh start. I've tackled life and some of its occasional unpleasantness, had a word (or two) and we are moving forward from here.

Therefore I saved the best for last today. Because someone else in this household has caught the hoop mania. And it is Emily, who made one for me. I will treasure it always.

  4. I'm with you all the way... Today is the best day of the week and that's only because it's Friday. My boss came into my office today and I warned him that I was generally pi****. LOL he looked really scared.

I have two boys... Lovely, sweet and all that. But boys! What do you think it would take to bribe them to do an embroidery like your daughter's?
