First off, you need a friend. A fabulous friend who also has a daughter, and horses. Then you need this fabulous friend to invite your two children over for a few hours - for a pony trek and lunch. Suddenly you have breathing room when you haven't had any in weeks, or so it seems. Simply amazing.
Can't say I got a lot done. But I did feel the love. The front of my Mouthy Stitches tote was pieced, and I liked it. I know I don't usually say that without reservation - but I really do like it. Now I am hand stitching with the perle I am liking it even more.
I so hope my partner feels the same way. Lots more stitching to do, but I feel like I am on the right path now. Thank you so much for all the positive comments yesterday. You all convinced me to continue with this and I am so happy I did.
Susan
