I finished the embroidery on the block for Terri's daughters' quilts. Unfortunately when I wrote the words on the fabric I - stupidly - left a word out by mistake. To get the prayer correct I ended up squeezing the final words in.
There are times where I really wish I had a brain.

Doesn't look squeezed to me, but it is awful when you realise you've done that :(((
ReplyDeleteBeautiful xxxx
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous and doesn't look squished from here. This is a very special contribution to Terri's daughters' quilts and these prayers were really important to Terri. You and Fiona have done her proud!!
ReplyDeletebeautiful x
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful, both in sentiment and execution (no squishing visible from here)!
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't look squished at all. It looks lovely and I am sure that all the recipient will see is the love in it
ReplyDeleteI agree with all the comments above! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have known you had squeezed a word in if you hadn't mentioned it. It will be a very fitting gift for her daughters. Cancer is terrible, I lost my dad in January after only being diagnosed a short time. x
ReplyDeleteIt looks wonderful ( and if you hadn't said anything none of us would have known about the squeezing in - Honestly!)
ReplyDeleteIt could have been worse... If you hadn't realized. We've all been there! I made a cross stitch pattern once where the bible verse in the pattern was truncated...so I changed the layout so I could add the rest of it.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I can't help but think that Terri would find the 'squishing because I missed a word out' funny...
