Of course I had to add a little extra, with some perle cotton.
The green thread in the photo is an optional extra. There are always thread ends willing to join any available project around here.
The pouch has received full fledged approval from the eldest child. Job well done then, thank goodness.
Susan
I love the touches of perle on this pouch! Hope the green thread finds a permanent home of his own soon...and not a home in the bin!
ReplyDeleteGreat pouch! The Perle finishes it off nicley!!
ReplyDeletegorgeous, my birthday order is very flexible - any colour, any style!!!
ReplyDeleteI need to make one of these big enough for holiday toiletries. Usually end up taking them in a supermarket carrier bag!
ReplyDeleteYou're on fire Susan. Another gorgeous pouch finish and one happy daughter !
ReplyDeleteJust lovely, I do like the way you circled the design with peele thread. My birthday is on Friday, and I am not fussy about colours but I do love aqua. x
ReplyDeleteIsnt it great when your Kids request a handcrafted gift for a friend. My Daughter has just gifted two of my cushions to friends. Its so gratifying. She's in her 30's and should be making them herself but as as she is the Mum to a teething 10 month old bundle of scrummy yumminess I dont mind at all!
ReplyDeleteMy goodness you are whipping these up like there's no tomorrow - they are very demanding in your house lol! Great job as always and no doubt a happy recipient.
ReplyDeleteLovely 'Susan' touches there! Jxo
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful medium grey it is too x
ReplyDeleteA beautiful make, as always :-) xx
ReplyDeleteLove your children asking and telling you in the same sentence :) Well done!
ReplyDeleteGreat pouch!
ReplyDeleteI'm running another fabric giveway, and you are welcome to enter!
