Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day


Hello and welcome. First a quick introduction if you are new to my blog. I am Susan, a Canadian living in the middle of England with my husband and two girls. I blog about my girls on occasion, things we see and do, but mostly I blog about stuff I make. Here's is some of what I have been up to so far this year.

Quilts, three finished and one which is currently being quilted.


I also have a love of English paper piecing.


There have been a few experiments to take ideas out of my head and into fabric.


And then there is my love a slightly rude hoop.


But today is all about the Sew Mama Sew Giveaway, and here is what I have made for this event. 



A fabric basket (based on the Pink Penguin tutorial)...


... an open wide pouch (based on the Noodlehead tutorial)...


... and a wee pin cushion, and a little needle book.


All four items will go to one winner.

If you are interested in winning this giveaway all I ask is you leave one comment. Please insure you leave a contact email address if you are unsure if you are a no-reply blogger or not. If I am unable to contact the first name out the hat then I will do a redraw. 

I will use the random number generator to pick a winner on Friday, May 10th at approximately noon Britsh time.

I normally try to reply to as many comments received as possible but in the case of this giveaway I may not be able to do so. I do appreciate you stopping by though. I hope you enjoy the Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day.

    I love your plus quilt that you showed. I especially love the negative space that you left around the edges. I've been wanting to make my nephew a quilt and I have just recently decided to do the plus design and now I love the idea of leaving some negative space.
